The effect of strategic orientation and supply chain capability on organizational performance according to the mediating role of learning culture and competitive advantage (case study: Saipa Diesel Company)
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of strategic orientation and supply chain capability on organizational performance with regard to the mediating role of learning culture and competitive advantage (case study: Saipa Diesel Company). The research method used is a descriptive survey type, and in terms of its purpose, it is an applied research. The statistical population includes the employees of Saipa Diesel Company in Tehran, whose number is 2000 people, and the sample size was estimated to be 322 people using Cochran's formula, which was used for random sampling. Research data was collected using a standard questionnaire and analyzed by Smart PLS software. The obtained results show the confirmation of the research hypotheses and state that strategic orientation and supply chain capability have a significant effect on organizational performance among the employees of Saipa Diesel Company due to the mediating role of learning culture and competitive advantage.
