Abstract:

The prevalence of Covid-19 disease in the last 3 years and its lack of definitive treatment has made the transmission and infection of this disease an important factor in committing a crime. The crimes that may be committed as a result of transmitting the coronavirus vary depending on the complications and the physical condition of the person being infected. If the transmission of the virus causes the death of the victim, the behavior of the transmitter according to her intent may be intentional, quasi-intentional murder or pure error. However, it is possible that complications from the transmission of Covid-19 virus will occur after a period of time (short or long) and this period varies from person to person. Therefore, it is necessary that the behavior committed by the transmitter of this contagious and deadly disease during this period be prosecuted and the perpetrators be dealt with legally. The current research is of a theoretical type with a descriptive-analytical method, and the method of collecting information is in the form of a library by referring to documents, books and articles.
