According to the results of the research, it should be said that in terms of politics and administration, the political system of the Safavids was based on the system of absolute sovereignty, and the Safavid kings, by taking advantage of various factors, focused on the creation and development of new political, financial and administrative institutions and regulations, and in the formation and The development of the new government structure played a very important role and they were able to become the source of new developments in the concentration of power, gaining religious legitimacy, using the power of Shiite jurists and carrying out political and administrative reforms in Iranian society.
