The Relationship Between Police Organizational Culture and Crime Prevention
The present research aims to investigate the relationship between police organizational culture and crime prevention. This research is of applied type and has been done in a descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of the research included 102 PhD and MA students of crime prevention field at Amin University of Police Sciences during 2022. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Correlation and regression analysis methods were used in SPSS software in order to analyze the collected data. The findings of the research showed that five components of police organizational culture, including law-abiding with a rate of 0.280, transformationalism with a rate of 0.190, perfectionism with a rate of 0.230, idealism with a rate of 0.240, and schoolism with a rate of 0.316, have effects on police crime prevention.
