Design and validation of Polite Speech scale based on Quranic sources and Religious

Communication with the child is important, and the impact on the child should be such that the principle of continuous communication is maintained. Continuous communication using various verbal and sensory tools can positively affect the development of thinking, creating emotion, and seeds of faith and trust in parents. In addition, it can establish the concept of trust and guardianship for parents at a later age for the child. According to the structure God has placed in the tablet of human existence and the power of receiving and transmitting the word, the word can be considered a factor in recording truths in human existence and transmitting them. For this reason, in any education at any stage of human life, the role of words is prominent and necessary. This study aimed to design and validate a speech scale based on Quranic and religious sources by considering the great effect of words on the upbringing and education of children. The descriptive-analytical method was used according to the construction of the scale. First related topics were extracted, and then the items were designed using related religious and Quranic sources and books. Then, 26 items were designed after reviewing by experts. The scale's validity was assessed by assessing the content, criterion, and face validity. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the scale. The data obtained from statistical analyzes showed that the face and content validity and the criterion of good speech scale are acceptable. Cronbach's alpha index calculation also indicates that the constructed scale has high validity. In general, according to the results of the validity and reliability of the speech scale, it can be said that the speech scale is a valid and reliable tool for measuring different dimensions of speech.
