Investigating the influencing factors on the willingness to learn effectively in the students of a military university
This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the most important factors affecting the desire to learn effectively in the students of a military university, and due to the special conditions of the university, the third year students who completed the three-year course of the university were studied. In this regard, a questionnaire with 30 five-choice questions was prepared and given to 137 students of this university from the statistical sample of third-year students entering 2017 who had the same conditions during the three years of education. The conducted research is applied and of a descriptive-analytical type, which was carried out by a survey method. Cronbach's alpha of the questionnaire was equal to 0.870. The results of the research indicate that scientific ambition and the adequacy of study time and teaching method of the professor and confidence in the future career with a significance level of 0.01 and the commander's performance with a significance level of 0.05 have a greater contribution in explaining the willingness of students to learn in this university and the resources And teaching aid equipment, teacher's motivational activities, psycho-social atmosphere of the university and access to teaching resources have the least contribution and are not statistically significant. Out of the ten variables that were examined in this research, 5 variables including motivation to learn, scientific ambition, confidence in future career, psycho-social atmosphere of the university and motivational activities of the professor have a mean above 3 (average).
