Examining the relationship between social responsibility, agency costs and investment sensitivity
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of social responsibility and agency costs on sensitivity. After designing the agency cost evaluation indicators, information on the transactions carried out in the five-year research period from 1397 to 1401 was collected from the stock exchange organization. The statistical sample consists of 148 companies that were selected by systematic elimination method. which were a total of 545 companies, in this research linear regression and correlation have been used to check the research hypotheses. Eviews software was used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. What can be said in the summary and general conclusion of the research hypothesis test is that agency costs have an effect on the negative moderating effect of social responsibility on the sensitivity of investment to cash flow.
