Since the growth and exaltation of innate emotions is the basis of the soul of human life and especially the comforting of married life of couples, researching their emotional duties is necessary from the point of view of educational jurisprudence; Because the jurisprudence of education is responsible for the internal and external duties in the fields of education, and the emotional duties of education of couples are among them. the problem of this research is to explain the emotional duties of couples towards each other from the point of view of educational jurisprudence, which has been inferred from the verses and hadiths with the method of inference and ijtihad. From the findings of the research: 1. From the point of view of jurists, all Shariah duties, including internal(janehi) and external (javaarhi), are purposeful and in harmony with Innate and are within the scope of jurisprudence. 2. The jurists have proposed the works of intranl(javanehi) and external(Javarehi) emotional in the scope of the obligations of the obligees. 3. The content of verses and narrative texts is very diverse in the field of emotional duties of couples; Among other things, on the connection of fulfilling these duties with the degrees of faith, the love of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), the standard of the best believing man from the Islamic Ummah, the behavior of the prophets and divine saints, the cause of going to heaven, the obligation to provide for one's needs with them, the right to be a wife and The effect of these duties on conquering the wife's heart and psychological stability of her personality has been emphasized Examples of good behaviors such as maintaining the dignity of the wife, cooperating with her in all worldly and hereafter matters, giving gifts, meeting her needs, grooming each other, sitting next to each other, eating together at the same table in order to establish the emotional relationship of the couple have been explained .Bad behaviors such as harshness, harassment, lying, betrayal, oppression, slander, cursing, sleeping in another house other than the wife's house and doing other ugly things that are against emotional duties have been avoided.
