Drawing the business management perspective of the Disruptive Based on brain coaching skills and design thinking
In recent decades, scientific advances have clarified human behavior and its impact on organizational success. Based on the findings of neuroscience research, organization researchers have emphasized the importance of managers' skills to focus on the behavior, emotions and motivation of employees to optimize organizational performance. This study examines the role of brain coaching skills in shaping the perspective of business management. This is a fundamental research effort that was conducted with the method of "exploratory content analysis", based on document analysis. For this purpose, relevant documents were prepared from databases and were fully checked, coded and validated using MAXQDA2020 software. Based on the results of the research, it was determined that brain coaching by guiding the main principles of neuroscience, environmental and automatic factors, can change thinking patterns, systematize thoughts, engage with problems and promote "insight and knowledge, change, improve skills, motivation, to induce flexibility and effectiveness. The adaptability and strengthening of the personal insight of this management qualification (skill) can have a positive impact on businesses, especially those based on disruptive technologies that require more complex management. In addition, to achieve this goal, "skill training, coaching, use of new digital technologies and "Media" as a driver, facilitator and accelerator of the process. The study concludes with recommendations for developing a management perspective in businesses focused on disruptive technologies, derived from the research findings.
