Resilience of supply chain's fuel in crisis condition (Case of study: Anti-riot automobile in a military-enforcement organization)
The main issue in this study is the resilience analysis of the fuel supply chain of the anti-riot vehicles of the Saheb-ol-Zaman Corps in Isfahan province in crisis conditions. Dimensions and resilience components of the fuel supply chain of the anti-insurgency vehicles of the Sahib al-Zaman Corps (AS) in crisis situations and the extent of the impact of each of these components and indicators were identified and theories and theories related to the research topic were examined.
This research is of an applied type and the collection of data and information in this research is based on a survey method. By studying previous research and with the opinion of experts in the field of fuel supply chain, the situation has been identified. Then, with the help of semi-structured interviews, the effective components and indicators were identified and based on them, a research questionnaire was prepared. The reliability of the questionnaire prepared by Cronbach's alpha test was measured by SPSS statistical software and a total of 0.785 was obtained. The statistical population of all experts and thinkers in the field of supply chain of the province and its affiliated categories is 50 people. The statistical sample size of the research in the qualitative phase up to the point of achieving theoretical saturation, about 20 experts were calculated by snowball sampling and the statistical sample size of the research in the quantitative phase using Cochran's formula was calculated to be 44 people. After distributing the questionnaire between the statistical population and the collection, the analysis was performed using the significance-performance matrix method.
Among the 34 identified indicators, the indicators of predicting care facilities were ranked first to third according to the weather conditions of the fuel distribution area, safety in fuel supply and fuel supply in the shortest time.
Results showed in the military-enforcement organization, regarding factors that is for Resilience of supply chain's fuel machines is counted and can be defined by importance and priority of them based on condition and features of organization and in order to improve current condition some executive solutions can be defined and executed.
