Analysis of dimensions and components of family entrepreneurship sustainability in IranAbstractFamily businesses are in a favorable position among various industries and occupations and have an important impact on economic growth, wealth creation and job creation in countries around the world. The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions and components of family entrepreneurship sustainability in Iran. This research is applied from the point of view of purpose and is of qualitative type and has been formed by using the content analysis technique. Data were collected through in-depth and unstructured interviews with 15 senior managers and family business owners by snowball method and analyzed using open, axial and selective coding. Findings indicate that family variables (family relationships, shared values, work behavior, entrepreneurial mindset, similar perspectives, family experiences); Financial and commercial factors (financial resources, long-term investment, capital market, marketing);Environmental factors (reliability, environmental competitiveness, existence of a suitable market, government policy and policy); Managerial factors (preparation of strategic plan, succession plan, successor competence, governance and control, transformational leadership); Business factors (identity, profitability and economic growth, competitive advantage, manpower) are among the factors affecting the sustainability of family entrepreneurship.
