The physical and economic impact of industrial clusters in the areas of Chabahar suburbs
Today, with the increasing growth of urbanization and the formation of new dimensions of urban growth over the last few decades, has caused the city and contemporary urban planning, Face new challenges. Establishment of industries and establishment of workshop-industrial activities in the form of settlements in the urban peripheral areas, It is one of the phenomena that has had various consequences. Therefore, the aim of this study is to Analysis of physical-economic effects of industrial-workshop clusters in Urban Peripheral Areas (Case study: Chabahar city(. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature and method. The data required for the research were collected by documentary-field method (questionnaire and observation). In order to analyze the data, SPSS software (t-test) and gray Aras and fuzzy Aras models were used. The results of one-sample t-test showed, in all items studied, due to the high average (3) and significance level (0.000), industrial-workshop clusters have a significant impact on the dimensions (physical, economic) of urban peripheral areas. The results of Aras fuzzy model showed that in the physical dimension, the index of access to urban services with a weight of 0.453 and in the economic dimension, the job index with a weight of 0.426, have the highest weight. Finally, the results of spatial analysis of urban peripheral areas with emphasis on the role of industrial-workshop clusters with a focus on economic and physical development using the gray Aras model showed that Ramin village is a priority.
