Investigating the need to reform the legislative criminal policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to observe the culture of religious hijab
Since some field research has considered the satisfaction of the individual's inherent need for social approval as the most important cause of bad hijab, therefore, the need to adopt legislative and criminal measures against this psychological action is necessary. The art of the legislator is to reduce the lack of hijab, without creating a rift between the people and the Islamic system. This study shows that one of the examples of this measure is the practical implementation of the forgotten prohibition of denial through, first, the legislative obligation of the market and administrative community to prohibit practical denial (requesting the unveiled person to leave his shop or place of business, both commercial and administrative, and Both private and public). Secondly, punishment without violating the violators of this legal obligation will be strongly effective from the perspective of secondary prevention in order to better implement this regulation. Third, the type of punishment proposed in this study is a fine. Fourthly, in this article, it is suggested that most of the above-mentioned fines be allocated to support social reporters for documenting the occurrence of documented violations with credible evidence, in order to serve this social necessity. The government (subsidized) CCTV camera will easily remove the positive barriers in the court.
