The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity by Mediating Organizational Culture
In recent years, governance has become a hot topic in public sector management, and this is due to the important role that governance plays in determining community health. One of the main concerns of developing countries is to be on the path of development. Lack of economic growth, poverty and lack of accountability, corruption and lack of rule of law are among the challenges that these countries face. Currently, after the government reforms of the 80s, due to the problems caused by the lack of funds, many countries have found a more suitable situation. Although there is still a need to manage the provision of services economically and efficiently, however, the financial incentive to carry out management reforms has weakened. Currently, other challenges have arisen and have become an incentive to carry out reforms. One of these challenges is how to create and shape good governance. This article seeks to identify the framework and concepts related to governance. On the other hand, the development studies and the statistics of the final world system indicate that one of the most important factors for the growth and development of countries is "good governance"; As good governance is called the basis of development. The following article, while reviewing the governance literature, summarizes the definitions of governance and rereads this category with a new perspective.
