The effect of green transformational leadership on green innovation and environmental productivity with the mediating role of green human resources

Abstract:

This study examines the impact of transformational green leadership on green innovation and environmental productivity with the mediating variable role of green human resources in companies in Mashhad in 2021. This study is a type of expansive (quantitative) studies that can be tested and generalizable. It is analytical, descriptive and explanatory, as well as cross-sectional in terms of time and purpose of applied research. The statistical population of the study includes middle managers of small and medium-sized companies in Mashhad, 123 of whom were selected by simple random sampling. The researcher-made questionnaire was based on the components extracted from the Delphi method. There are 10 experts in the ield of management. Green innovation and environmental productivity of middle managers have an impact. The results of multiple regression tests also showed that green human resources play a mediating role in the transformation of green leadership and green innovation and environmental productivity of middle managers.
