The role of cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence in the trend towards organizational transformation and development
to investigate the effect of cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence in thetendency towards organizational transformation and development.
Method and tools:
The present research was descriptive-causal. The statistical population includes themanagers and employees of Rang Aria Pars Company, 150 people were selected as a sample by a simplerandom method. The data collection related to organizational intelligence, cultural intelligence and tendency tochange was based on Moghimi and Ramadan questionnaire (2012). Its validity has been confirmed by professorsand its reliability using Cronbach's alpha (0.977). Data analysis was done using structural equation modelingtest and SPSS 25 and Lisrel 8.80 software.
The dimensions and components of cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence have apositive effect on the tendency towards organizational transformation.
The results show that among the components of cultural intelligence, the most important component iscognitive cultural intelligence and the least important is behavioral cultural intelligence, and among thecomponents of organizational intelligence, the most important component is pressure. performance and the leastimportant was alignment and harmony..
