Identifying the dimensions of organizational architecture in the country's tax affairs organization: a qualitative study

 This study was conducted to identify the dimensions of organizational architecture in the Tax Affairs Organization. The research method was qualitative and its participants were experts and experts in the field of economics and academia who were selected by purposive sampling method. The sample size through theoretical saturation was 17 people. It was an interview measurement tool whose validity and reliability were confirmed by triangulation method and reliability by Kappa Cohen (k = 0.561). Data analysis was performed through open, axial and selective coding. The results showed that the dimensions of organizational architecture in the Tax Affairs Organization are: 1- Dimensions of organizational aspects. 2- Maturity dimension of human resources. 3- The dimension of information technology governance. 4- The dimension of the support of the committed board of directors.
