Study the impact of empowering human resources on job satisfaction Employees of Maqsood Chinese factories in Mashhad

Abstract:

In today's dynamic business environment, the role of man and his way of looking can make a significant contribution to achieving success and competitive advantage for any organization. For this purpose, organizations should provide conditions in order to increase job satisfaction in addition to preserving human capital. Based on this, the current research has been conducted with a quantitative approach with the aim of investigating the impact of human resources empowerment on the job satisfaction of employees of Maqsood porcelain factories in Mashhad. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature. Research information and data have been collected through documentary and field methods, and the main tool for collecting research findings has been the standard questionnaires "Empowerment of Human Resources by Spritzer (2013) and Employee Dedication, Shaufli et al. (2008)". The statistical population of the research includes all 1500 employees of Maqsood porcelain factories in Mashhad. The size of the research sample was determined based on Morgan's table of 306 people. A simple random sampling method was used to select the sample. The validity of the measurement tool (questionnaire) has been achieved through content and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 01917. SPSS24 software was used for statistical analysis and linear regression analysis method was used to test the hypotheses. The findings of the research show that considering that the T statistic of the research hypothesis test is greater than 1196 and its significance level is less than 0105, it can be concluded that at the confidence level of 95 0. Empowerment of human resources and its dimensions (sense of meaning, sense of competence, sense of freedom of action, sense of effectiveness, sense of trust in others) have a significant and positive effect on the work-relatedness of Maqsood Chinese factories in Mashhad.
