Presenting the Model of Productivity Based on Islamic Management Based on the Components of Total Quality Management Style
In any organization the productivity plays an important role in improving the performance of that organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research was presenting the model of productivity based on Islamic management based on the components of total quality management style.
This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative from type of correlation. The research population was employees of sports and youth departments in selected provinces in the northwest of the country in 2019 year with number of 587 people. The sample size based on the Krejcie and Morgan table was estimated to be 367 people, which this number was selected by stratified random sampling method according to the size of the provinces. The research tools were the questionnaires of productivity based on Islamic management (Olsania et al., 2012) and total quality management style (Spinwell, 1994), whose validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts and the reliability of all of them was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method above 0.70. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling method in SPSS and PLS software.
The findings showed that the model of productivity based on Islamic management based on the components of total quality management style had a good fit. Also, all ten components of total quality management style including teamwork, quality groups, training, evaluation and feedback, use of information, quality goals, customer orientation, suggestion system, continuous improvement and leadership commitment had a direct and significant effect on productivity based on Islamic management (P<0.001).
According to the results of this study, to increase the productivity based on Islamic management it is possible to provide the basis for improving each of the components of the total quality management style.
