Predicting marital commitment based on family communication patterns, sexual satisfaction and marital intimacy in satellite employees

province, who were employed in 1400. From the statistical population, 120 satellite employees of Bushehr province were selected by available sampling and studied. Hudson Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire (ISS), Marital Intimacy (MIS), Adams & Jones (1997) Marital Commitment (CPQ) and Christian and Salawi (1984) communication patterns were used to collect data. After collecting and extracting data, participants' scores were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship (0.01) between sexual satisfaction and marital intimacy with marital commitment of satellite employees and a significant positive relationship (0.01) between the components of reciprocal constructive relationship with marital commitment and reciprocal patterns of expectation / withdrawal and avoidance. There is a significant negative relationship with marital commitment (0.01). The results also showed that the dimensions of family communication patterns (reciprocal constructor, mutual expectation / withdrawal and avoidance), sexual satisfaction and marital intimacy significantly have the power to predict marital commitment in satellite employees.
