Abstract:
The purpose of the current research was to present a motivational model and provide suitable solutions to improve and strengthen the motivational components of employees in Lushan Power Production Management Company. In this research, a mixed or mixed approach was used through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In terms of purpose, it was practical and in terms of implementation method, it was a survey-type description. The statistical population included the employees of Lushan Power Production Management Company with the number of 300 people. The sample size of 169 people was selected. The results of the research indicate that in the qualitative stage, four dimensions (participatory management, basic needs, organizational structure, job satisfaction) and 14 components (welfare facilities, sense of responsibility, self-actualization, organizational commitment, social dignity, collaborative management, rules and regulations, innovation and creativity, supervision and control, job security delegation, justice in the organization, job independence, salary and wages) and 69 items were identified and formulated. The results of the research showed that all the motivational aspects of the employees of Lushan Power Production Management Company are in a relatively favorable condition; The results of the structural equation test showed that employee motivation had a positive effect on basic needs, management style, organizational structure, and job satisfaction; This model is consistent with the scientific models presented regarding factors affecting motivation.
