Cognitive methods of moral system of Quran in spiritual health
Spiritual health as one of the aspects of health along with physical, mental, and social health has been considered in many systems and schools and they have talked about it based on their principles. In the meantime, the Holy Qur'an, by explaining moral concepts with a wide scope in all dimensions of the individual and social life of man, seeks to explain an intellectual and epistemic system called the "ethical system", which consists of three related and coherent elements: goals, foundations, and principles, and aims to provide and improve the spiritual health of human beings with two epistemic and practical methods. Therefore, the present research attempts to answer this basic question with a descriptive and analytical method How do the epistemic methods of the moral system of the Qur'an affect the spiritual health of human beings? In a general classification, epistemic methods are divided into three perspective, tendency, and action methods. Strengthening beliefs and convictions, believing in divine predestination, the purposefulness of human life, and free will are among the most important perspectives of epistemic methods that play an essential role in human spiritual health. Building health of human nature, raising awareness and increasing knowledge, understanding the philosophy of difficulty, awareness of human capacities and shortcomings, and self-knowledge are the most important epistemic tendencies, and introducing role models, seeking refuge in God, purifying and improving the environment, and leaving toxic associations are among the most important epistemic action methods in the moral system of the Qur'an that affect spiritual and soul health.
