The effect of 12 weeks of correctional movements for hallux valgus deformity and heel internal rotation in primary school students
The deformity of the sole of the foot occurs as a result of the increase in the longitudinal arches of the foot, which causes a change in the natural shape of the foot. In this condition, the middle part of the foot is not unnaturally placed on the ground when bearing weight. Due to the reduction of the contact surface of the foot with the ground when bearing weight, for example in standing or walking, the force of the weight is borne more by the heel and front part of the foot. which can cause pain and thickening of the skin in these areas. The current research aims to measure the effect of a course of corrective exercises on the idiopathic sole deformity of 10-12 year old male students, since the corrective exercises of the research include stretching exercises and strength exercises, and performing these exercises also requires mobility and activity. It is physical, so it seems that it can be used as one of the methods to correct and improve the condition of the sole of the foot. The general purpose of this research is the effect of 12 weeks of corrective exercises on the deformity of the sole of the foot and heel varus.
