Modeling the relationship between dimensions of knowledge management, creativity and organizational learning from the perspective of elementary school teachers in Mamsani city
The purpose of this study is to model the relationship between dimensions of knowledge management, creativity and organizational learning from the perspective of elementary school teachers in Mamsani city. This study is applied in terms of purpose, correlational-survey in terms of nature and method, and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of this research is all primary school teachers of Mamsani city, whose number is more than 750 people. The sample size was calculated using Morgan's table of about 256 people. Questionnaires have been distributed among the members of the statistical sample in a stratified random method. For data analysis, Pearson correlation tests and path analysis method using structural equations and SPSS and AMOOS statistical software packages were used. The results of the Pearson correlation test show that the dimensions of knowledge management and teachers' creativity have a positive and significant relationship with organizational learning. Also, the results of the path analysis showed that creativity has played a mediating role on the relationship between the dimensions of knowledge management and organizational learning.
