Survey of people's satisfaction with police performance among target police stations in North Khorasan province
In recent years, citizens' dissatisfaction with the services provided by public organizations and their expectations have increased. There is a small possibility that they will accept the quality lower than the desired level. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the satisfaction of the people with the performance of the police among the target police stations of North Khorasan province (Bojnoord Police Station 11, Bojnoord Police Station 12, Bojnoord Police Station 14, Esfrain Police Station 11 and Shirvan Police Station 11) in the period of 1400-1401. The statistical population is those people over 18 years old and the statistical sample includes people who are over 18 years old and have one of the conditions (being a resident of the neighborhood, asking for help and going to the police station), which random cluster method was used to select people. And the sample included 384 people. The results of the research show that 57.80% of people had good and very good satisfaction, 22.40% had moderate satisfaction, and only 18.5% had poor and very poor satisfaction, and these results show that there is a good satisfaction with the performance of the police in the eyes of the people.
