The effect of preventive and educational measures in recognizing the dangerous state and preventing the recidivism of dangerous criminals

Iran's criminal law in the last decade of the 14th century with the approval of two laws of Islamic punishment and the code of criminal procedure brought a promising development in the field of delinquency and dealing with it and controlling reoffending. In line with populist criminal policy, which is the desire of the masses, dealing with the perpetrators of serious crimes is on the agenda, and the lawmaker in Article 488 of the Criminal Procedure Law Is required to creating a database of dangerous criminals, and as a result, in 2017, the instructions for controlling criminals A professional and long-standing law was approved, which disambiguated many of the policies communicated by the judiciary to the judiciary and bailiffs. Among these things is the recognition of important crimes and the control of dangerous criminals. Therefore, in this research, we are trying to explain the judicial and police measures by the library method and by analyzing the collected materials in order to reach the conclusion that protective and educational measures are effective in recognizing the dangerous state and controlling dangerous criminals and preventing their reoffending.
