The distinction between politics and politics in the political philosophy of the Neo-Sadrists(Case study of the thought of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli)

The political philosophy of the Neosadras is one of the dominant jurisprudential readings of Iranian politics. Our central question is to examine how the political philosophy of Javadi Amoli has an effect on the philosophical and political debates of contemporary Iran, with an emphasis on the distinction between politics and the political. Our hypothesis is that Javadi Amoli plans his discussions about politics with an existential and aesthetic view of the political matter, which is based on the appointment of the appointed jurist.
