Abstract:

The political philosophy of the Neosadras is one of the dominant jurisprudential readings of Iranian politics. Javadi Amoli is one of the neo-Sadras whose political philosophy has influenced the philosophy of Iran. The present research deals with this issue. Our central question is to examine how the political philosophy of Javadi Amoli has an effect on the philosophical and political debates of contemporary Iran, with an emphasis on the distinction between politics and the political. Our hypothesis is that Javadi Amoli plans his discussions about politics with an existential and aesthetic view of the political matter, which is based on the appointment of the appointed jurist. The results of the investigations showed that the basis of his political philosophy is based on the aesthetic axis, at the head of politics in his opinion is the most knowledgeable jurist of the age who has been appointed by God, and the Assembly of Experts is responsible for determining the knowledge of such a jurist. is in charge because the selection of a guardian by the people under the guardianship was never imaginable.
