Relationship between Love Attitudes and Marital Satisfaction among Police Special Unit Employees in Northern Khorasan

The aim of the present study was to Investigation of relationship between attitudes towards love and marital satisfaction among police special unit employees in Northern Khorasan. The survey method is employed in this study. The required data are collected through Love Attitudes scale (LAS, 1986) and Enrich marital satisfaction scale (Enrich, 1989). Statistical population of the study is police special unit employees in Northern Khorasan and 130 participants were selected randomly. Findings of the study based on pearson correlation coefficient showed that all components of attitudes towards love are significantly able to anticipate marital satisfaction (P<0.0001). It is concluded that love and trust between couples are most important factors influencing in adjustment and solving the conflicts among the couples.
