Investigation the Effect of high performance human resource management system on Employee Happiness with mediating role of perceived Organizational Justice and attractiveness

Abstract:
Employee happiness is one of the tools that can be considered as both a personal and organizational tool for a manager. Human resource management, attractiveness and organizational justice are considered as key factors for employee happiness. The general purpose of the present study is Investigation the Effect of high performance human resource management system on Employee Happiness with mediating role of perceived Organizational Justice and attractiveness in government organizations in North Khorasan Province. The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of type of research and implementation method. The statistical society of this study included all government organizations in North Khorasan province with 60 organizations that According to Morgan's table, 240 employees were randomly selected as a sample. The data of this study were collected by standard questionnaires that their validity was confirmed by the method of appearance and content. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. Based on this, Cronbach's alpha coefficient of all questionnaire variables was obtained above 0.8, which indicates the high reliability of the questionnaire. SPSS26 and Pls-3 statistical software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that High performance human resource management system has a positive and significant effect on employee happiness through organizational attractiveness and perception of organizational justice.
