Blasphemy in jurisprudential thought and its examples in Iranian criminal law

Abstract:
In the religion of Islam, as the last and the most complete heavenly religion, divine rituals and rituals have a high place in its ideological attitude, and it has been highly concerned with the sacred law. In addition to numerous verses of the Holy Quran; Various hadiths, narrations, traditions, and reasons from the Prophet and the infallible imams (pbuh) about the need to respect and preserve the dignity of sacred things and also condemn the desecration of sacred things have been introduced, which in terms of the adaptation of Iran's criminal law from Imamiyyah jurisprudence in crimes In this article, with an analytical-descriptive view, with a comparative approach, we will explore and investigate this behavior against the Sharia from the point of view of jurisprudence and criminal law. The order of sanctity and the prohibition of desecration of sacred things should be explained in the Sharia of Islam. In the end, we come to the conclusion that the sanctities of Iran's Shia society, in terms of the laws emanating from the source of revelation and following jurisprudence, have been accepted by criminal policy makers and they have prescribed and established maximum punishments for the violators of religious taboos.
