Ways to improve the effectiveness of training Basijis of Imam Hussein(as) battalions in Semnan province

This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the effectiveness of Training of Basijis Imam Hussein (as) battalions in Semnan province. The main purpose was to propose solutions to improve the level of effectiveness of training of Basijis Imam Hussein (as) Battalion in Semnan province by achieving the research objectives. For this purpose, the views of commanders and managers about the three elements that affect the effectiveness of education, namely educational texts and content, teacher and instructor and educational environment were examined. A survey method was chosen to answer 4 research questions. The researcher-made questionnaire was designed with the help of available evaluation resources, valid scientific sources and consultation with experts, including 24 closed questions and 1 open-ended question, design and validation.Data were distributed through a questionnaire among 83 experts and related experts in the form of a randomly selected statistical sample population and then their opinions were collected.After collecting the questionnaires and reviewing the opinion of the statistical sample population, using statistical techniques and methods, the data were analyzed and then the answer to the research question was summarized and evaluated. Findings showed that among the components of research, "educational texts and content" are more effective than "professors and educators" and "educational environment", respectively.
