Digital Transformation In The Insurance Industry: Examining Challenges And Providing Solutions
In today's competitive environment, the life and survival of the organization is related to the implementation and use of digital transformation tools in the organization. But one of the most important issues is to clear the ambiguities of this issue in the insurance industry. The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the obstacles and challenges in the field of digital transformation using the method of content analysis. The research method of this research is applied research from the objective point of view and qualitative research from the data collection point of view. The research community includes the review of existing articles and the statements of insurance experts (listed on the sites) and the validation of those statements through five industry experts in the form of a questionnaire in the subject area of digital transformation challenges. The results of the research and analysis of the relevant data place the challenges in two general categories. According to the findings of the research, the challenges of digital transformation are divided into two internal and external parts, each of which includes several categories. Finally, solutions have been provided to solve the challenges of the subject.
