comparative study of six interpretive rules from the perspective of Akhbarians and Shiite rationalists

Akhbari method in the epistemological view in the field of Shiya sciences such as feghh, osul, tafsir, etc. is considered as one of the active and effective currents. The main question of this Article, which has been compiled by descriptive-analytical and root method, is about comparing the view of Akhbari against tafsirian shiya sages within the scope of six tafsiric laws. Despite the fact that the first akhbari ideas apparently existed about five centuries ago by Mohammad Amin Astarabadi in a hidden and visible form, But this akhbarian idea was mostly in base of Shiya hadith narrators and was not in against osulic men such as Sheikh Mofid, Seyyed Morteza, Sheikh Tusi. The product of comparing these two views on the six tafsiric rules is as follows: In religious teachings, conjecture is not valid at all, conjectures that have not been obtained from imperfect intellect or ghiyas or estehsan are valid if they are not personal opinion and lust, Contrary to their views with rationalists on the suspicion of pure reason; Suspicion and invalidation of theoretical rules in the principles and sub-principles of religion arising from the appearances of the Qur'an; Certainty is created in religious rulings only through the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt (Peace be upon them) ; The range of the four rules is completely denied or limited; These four rules are: the continuity of the text of the Qur'an, the siyagh, the Jarry, and the accompanying of the appearance and the interior of the Qur'an.
