The hypothesis of this research, which is tried to be proven by using the analytical and explanatory research method and emphasizing the concept of "identity", is: America as an "other" and " "Enemy" has become an identity and a meaning in Iran's foreign policy and the Islamic Republic has defined itself as the leader and standard-bearer of the resistance front in the region and the world against the domination system led by the United States.
