Investigating the ways of increasing creativity in rural home businesses (a case study of rural women in the central part of Joybar city
The aim of this study was to investigate the ways of increasing creativity in rural home businesses (a study of rural women in the central part of Joybar city). This applied research was a mixed research (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of this study included 140 experts from Joybar city who were selected by Cochran sampling a sample of 103 people by simple random sampling. The data collection tool is a 14-item questionnaire of indicators of increasing creativity. This questionnaire has high validity and reliability and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.85. To analyze the data from descriptive statistics techniques (frequency tables, bar charts and central indicators such as mean and mode as well as dispersion indicators such as standard deviation), and inferential statistics (Delphi technique and AHP hierarchy analysis) in the software Expert Choise was used. According to the results of the Delphi technique for the specialized training dimension of the factors "fit of personality with the job of employees"; For the use of information and successful experiences of agents entrepreneurs "," Transparency, performance appraisal system, monitoring and control, discipline mechanism in the organization, reduction of micro-goals in the organization "; for the extra-organizational dimension of agents", development of public participation in Administrative health, strengthening the role and position of free and independent press and media in the dissemination of administrative health ", for the cultural dimension of the factors" ethics, socialization process "and for the media and Internet dimensions of the factors" authority and responsibility, safety and mental health of the workplace "Employee participation in decision making" was identified and based on AHP hierarchical analysis, they had the highest priority, respectively.
