The Impact of Green Intellectual Capital on Green Human Resource Management and Electronic Human Resource Management in Schools in Darmiyan County

Abstract:
In recent decades, the emphasis on environmental protection and the implementation of sustainable development principles have led to the introduction of a new domain of intellectual property known as green intellectual capital. On the other hand, with technological advancements, the execution of strategies, policies, and human resource methods in organizations through planning, implementation, and the application of information technology and web-based technologies has become feasible. Given the escalating environmental concerns, one of the managerial priorities for administrations and organizations is to focus on green human resource practices to reduce resource consumption. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of green intellectual capital on green human resource management and electronic human resource management. This research is of a descriptive nature and was conducted using a correlational method. The statistical population consisted of managers at various levels of schools in the county, with 123 individuals selected using Morgan's table and simple random sampling. Data collection tools included the Dehnavi and Ziaei Green Intellectual Capital Questionnaire, Hayton's Electronic Human Resource Management Questionnaire, and Ren and colleagues' Green Human Resource Management Questionnaire. Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 and PLS. The results indicated that green intellectual capital has an impact on green human resource management and electronic human resource management. Green human capital influences green human resource management and electronic human resource management. However, green structural capital does not significantly impact green human resource management and electronic human resource management, while green relational capital does have an impact on both.
