The implications of verse 122 of Surah Towba on rejecting the doubt "the possibility of the mistake of the jurist in the era of occultation"
One of the doubts that is promoted against the intellectual foundations of the Islamic government, especially the issue of religious authority, is why one should obey an innocent leader! In this research, the mentioned doubt in the field of obeying a non-mujtahid (Maklawfi) who is not sure of the mistake of the mujtahid or jurist, is answered in a descriptive-analytical way and based on the principle of the validity of ijtihad according to verse 122 of Surah Towbah; Because in this honorable verse, the discussion is about Islamic scholars who, according to the interpretation of the verse, are required to understand the religion and make all their efforts to obtain the true verdict. On the other hand, based on this verse, God has given validity to the mujtahid's fatwa, which is infallible, and in each of the ways of deriving jurisprudence, based on the methods established by the Holy Sharia, what is important is the discussion of the validity, which is the Sharia itself. It has validated the ways. In addition to that, in issuing rulings, especially government rulings, due to the requirements of time and place and the discussion of juxtaposition of rulings, there may be an expedient hidden that the obligee or the normal follower is not aware of. Therefore, the tools of correct criticism are not available for a normal imitator in order to be able to criticize the rulings of a comprehensive mujtahid or to achieve the expediency of the ruling.
