Explaining the aesthetic patterns used in the design of the facades of Tehran office buildings in the years 1340 to 1390

The subject of "aesthetics" and its components have a wide and important dimension due to their close relationship with architectural design, with the perception of the audience, and are known as a stimulus for people to understand the visual components of architecture. The purpose of this study is to explain the aesthetic patterns used in the design of buildings, administrative index of Tehran between 1340 to 1390. The research method of this research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose and the research method is descriptive-analytical and based on the nature of the data is quantitative-qualitative. The samples of this research have been selected based on 9 pre-revolutionary office buildings and 10 post-revolutionary office buildings. Views were analyzed on the basis of cultural, economic and technological dimensions of qualitative content. Criteria were also identified based on quantitative and qualitative dimensions and were assessed based on semi-structured interviews. The results show that the cultural dimension variable with (Beta = 0.329) with significance coefficient (sig = 0.036) is the strongest predictor of the aesthetic category of buildings and the economic dimension variable is (271). Beta = 0.0 with a significance coefficient (sig = 0.000) and in the second place, has the power of prediction in the model and in the third place, the technology dimension variable (Beta = 0.149) with a significance factor (0 = sig) is.
