Designing a model of intellectual capital based on enhancing the authority of defense power

The transformation in the nature and form of battle and the change in the nature of military threats and the formation of the fourth wave defense industries increase the importance of paying attention to a systemic approach in measuring and managing intellectual capital for the Ministry of Defense. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to design a native model of intellectual capital in order to measure it in the Ministry of Defense.

The research method is qualitative and in this method, after conducting exploratory interviews with experts and researchers in the field of intellectual capital, dimensions, components and native indicators were identified using the data foundation method and using the Delphi method in two stages. The final sample of the research was calculated.

This model includes the dimensions of human capital, structural capital and social capital and will be implemented in the Ministry of Defense in order to measure the state of intellectual capital.

The results of the research show that this model includes the dimensions of human capital, structural capital and human capital. Also, this dimension has 13 components and 72 indicators.
