An inquiry concerning the understanding of the Hadith of Angels' feeling calm by seeing "Ẓil al-Qāim” after Imam Ḥusayn's martyrdom

The martyrdom of Imam Husayn caused the angels to grieve and cry, and Allah gave good news to the angels about the revenge of the Imam's blood by the Qāim (the Upriser) to comfort them. In a part of Imam Sādiq's Hadith, it is stated as follows: "So Allah shoes the shadow of Qāim for them and says, 'I will take revenge by this.'" Due to the clarity of the meaning of the word "shadow", researchers have not investigated and analyzed the meaning of the "Allah will show/bring up the Qāim’s shadow " from the aspect of Hadith jurisprudence concerning the traditions of the same family. The upcoming research aims to explain the importance of "the establishment of the shadow of the Qāim for the angels" by examining the contents of this Hadith and similar narrations, which means that Allah has created for the angels signs of the existence of the Qāim that has appeared or will appear to the angels, like the luminous face in the preserved tablet, an ideal body or upright support with the establishment of the right government. This article pursues such a goal in a descriptive-analytical way. Proving the meaning of Qāim's existential works in understanding the concept of "Zil al-Qāim" is one of the results of this article.
