Presenting the sociological model of sports development diplomacy in the police command of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The most important mission of all organizations as well as people involved in the field of sports is to attract community members to recreational sports activities and provide them with suitable facilities and conditions. Police Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The present research is practical in terms of its purpose and in terms of its nature, it is a qualitative research in which, in order to present a sociological model of sports development diplomacy in the police command of the Islamic Republic of Iran, interviews were conducted with sports experts of the police command and experts who are experts in this field. Is. Participating community, whose number was controlled based on theoretical saturation, 15 experts who were related to the topic, were selected purposefully and by using the individual semi-structured interview tool, the desired information was received, categorized and coded. Data analysis was done in the form of open, central and selective coding.

Based on the analysis of the interviews, selected dimensions and features were summarized. 27 factors or subcategories were extracted. Finally, 8 main categories were obtained from the categories of sub-categories, which include (coordination and inter-organizational communication, management and planning factors, budget and financial resources, development of coaches and human resources, hardware equipment, sports competitions and camps, motivation and support of resources) are human and climatic conditions.)

According to the findings of the present research, it is suggested to farja managers to use the necessary planning and investment for the development of sports among their personnel based on the specified priorities.
