Kinds and Rules of Business from the Islamic Law Viewpoint(fifth part)

We cant disavow the importance of business and its basic role in social and economic growth. According to the Islamic Jurists and scientist's guideliness, it is necessary to acquaint with the rules of business. Thus, moslems dont perpetrate usury and illegal transcations. When we follow these guidelines, we can help to the society's guidance. In the previous essay we studied twenty parts of business's rules. But I refer to some of them' having justice in transcation, transcation dissolution if we repent, saying goods defects, oath abandonment in purchase and sale and etc. In this essay, we say we shouldnt hoard and assemble foodstuffs in the store. But we should price justly according to the Islamic regulation.
