A Brief Study of Receipt Role in the Manifest Contracts

Abstract:
There are different viewpoints about the receipt role in the manifest contracts. Some jurists believe that the receipt is necessary for appearing a true contract, but others believe that it is as important as other factors.In this article, the author legally analyses and criticizes this issue from the different viewpoints. Then he chooses the best viewpoints.
