They have their say on account of documents and sayings as a reason for the flaw and hypocracy in marriage contract.Therefore it is essential to give it a careful consideration. With reference to some basic factors and certain condition, regarding the authenticity and validity of the contract the present article attracted heavy critics on the above mentioned documents. While adducing an argument finally it is considered necessary to define and elaborate on different kinds of insanity.It is believed that in case of sanity and periodic insanity at the time of contract, renders the marriage void and the contract loses its legal force, but in case of periodic insanity before and after the contract, she can substanciate her claim and subsequently it willlead to the annulment of the contract. Therefore the acceptance of any of the above mentioned verdict, shall bear its legal and jurisprudential conesquences.
