Message:
Abstract:
Self-leadership is a process through which a person can generate and preserve behaviors that lead him to maturity and perfection. This research is a comparative study between a four-stage Islamic self-evaluation and self-leadership behavioral-focused strategies. Self-leadership is one of the issues that have been recently brought about in the field of management. In Islamic texts, great attention has been given to certain issues including self-knowledge and self-evaluation. The present article, first discusses self-knowledge and self-evaluation in Islam, then it studies self-leadership and self-evaluation and ultimately applies the four-stage model of self-evaluation in Islam (self-stipulation, self-examination, self-analysis, self-upbraiding) to self-leadership behavioral-focused strategies as one of the new management theories.
