Concept of Amal-Saleh in the Ethical System of the Quran

Muslims belive that the ethical concept of the Quran is meant for people of all time and place though it has been sent to Prophet in Arabic language and in particular milieu.To link these two aspects (Quran's claim regarding its universality and its Arabic - language and era-bound aspect), the author divides ethical values into two categories: descriptive and normative ethics.He also called the evaluative ethical words as ethical metalanguage. To clarify his ideas on this categorization, he explaines "Amal-Saleh" (Good deeds) according to these categorization and illustrates its everlasting nature.
