Predicting Factors of Happiness in Mobarekeh Steal Company Personnel

The purpose of the present study was to predict factors of happiness in the Mobarekeh Steal Company personel. Subjects were consisted of 400 individuals who were randomly selected from stuffs (6200 individuals) of Mobarekeh Steal Company. The measures were consisted of Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and demographic questionnaire. The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed a significant relationship between personnel happiness with life satisfaction، optimism، family satisfaction، wife happiness، sport، job satisfaction، social relations، deep faith to God، art، studying، traveling، psychological problems، and history of physical illnesses (P < 0. 01). The results of stepwise regression showed that in total، life satisfaction، sport، optimism، wife happiness and history of psychiatric disorders of personnel significantly predicted 54% of their happiness.
