The Study of Organizational Culture Effect on Creativity

Abstract:
Social changes, High speed and challenging technologies, Development of modern duties in organizations, have necessitated flexibility and preparation to face new situations. Organizational culture is a symbol of macro – cultural processes in the organizational environment. As CHESTER BARNARD claims "Culture in organization is similar to human personality". Without an effective organizational culture the creative activities could not be expected. The first and the fundamental step in understanding the organization, behaviors and the performance of personnel is the recognition of culture.”Because by leverage of culture changes can be facilitated and new directions in organization can be sustained. Thus the organizational culture is the most important factor in organization long – term purposes.These papers focuses on organizational culture and then study the effect of variables such as accepting ambiguity, challenge taking, risk taking, communications systems and freedom on the creativity respectively.The findings indicate that accepting ambiguity, challenge taking, risk taking, communications systems and freedom have direct impression on creativity.
