The Comparison of Development Program in Malaysia and Iran

Planning is the main pillar of movement toward development in developing countries. Because these countries not only are suffering from the shortage of facilities but also are faced with a very big complex of problems came out from nondevelopment.Today, Malaysia as a developing country is known to be near the gates of development. On the other hand, Iran is copying the development model of this country. Paying attention to the importance of this issue, we are trying to answer these questions inthis article: 1- what are the effects of the fundamental differences in the planning systems of Iran and Malaysia? 2-how is the planning method in Malaysia and which factors are effective in it? 3- how is the planning method in Malaysia and which factors are effective in it?
