Developing a Model for End User Information Systems Satisfaction with Justice Based Approach

Message:
Abstract:
End user satisfaction (EUS) is one of the most widely used measures in assessing (efficiency/ effectiveness) of an information system. The goal of this research is to identify influential factors on (EUS), based on justice theory. So we identified 8 influential factors on (EUS) such as interactional justice, distributive justice, information system (IS) performance expectation, equitable relatedness fulfillment, equitable self-development fulfillment, procedural justice, equitable work performance fulfillment and IS performance. Then the model was tested in a real case. The results of study showed that interactional justice, distributive justice, information system (IS) performance expectation, equitable relatedness fulfillment, equitable self-development fulfillment had significant relation with IS end user satisfaction but procedural justice, equitable work performance fulfillment and IS performance had no significant relation with IS end user satisfaction.
